Spring Show 2011 Ready for Opening Day Saturday, April 9th! 10am on Saturday morning the doors open for the 22nd Annual Toronto International Spring Motorcycle Show. Halls 1 , 2, and 6 are chock full of motorcycles of every description and more exhibits than ever before. Saturday morning is a great time to visit for the best selection in the Used Bike areas and to see what the used parts vendors have brought, but there will be great Show deals all weekend among the dealer displays and retail vendors. Entertainment runs all weekend as well so check the schedule for stage times and special guest appearances. Entrances and ticket sales are at both Hall 1 and Hall 6. And don’t forget there is VIP Motorcycle parking right at the front entrance if you are riding in!

Over 40 clubs, associations and rallies booked for Spring ShowThe Spring Show has invited 42 Motorcycle Clubs, Associations and Charity Rides to exhibit this year so that you can get all the information on rides and rallies coming up this summer. You'll also meet racing clubs, marque clubs, vintage clubs, Christian clubs and touring clubs exhibiting in specially themed displays. Club members also bring their bikes to put in their displays, many of them competing in the Showbike competition for cash & awards. New to the Spring Show – Live Music performances by the Noble TruthsFor the first time, live music will be a component of the entertainment line up on the Hall 6 Stage. Spring Show 2011 is proud to present The Noble Truths, a band from Maple, Ontario featuring Nick Pascuzzi on Vocals, Brendan Teskey on Bass & Vocals, Neil Shukla on lead guitar, Alexsei Broda on Guitar and Abe Sanjakdar on drums. The guys will also have a booth in Hall 6 where you can meet up with them and check out their band merchandise.

Electroplating Demos featured at the Spring Motorcycle ShowAnyone building or restoring a bike will appreciate seeing the Electroplating Demos going on in the Caswell Canada booth in Hall 2 on both days of the Show. See how using zinc plating with no brighteners can give you the look of cad plating as required for early restorations. Caswell will demonstrate how it's done and kits will be available for do-it-yourself plating.

CP24 Live TV shoot Friday morningWatch CP 24 on Friday morning for live shoot that will showcase three of our special guests – Daytona 200 winner Jason DiSalvo will be interviewed, airbrush artist Ron Gibbs will do live demos of both airbrushing and pinstriping, and Stunters Inc. will do a live stunt show for the cameras! There will also be interviews with custom bike owners and some of the charity motorcycle ride organizations who will be exhibiting at the Show. Plus some surprise segments that you won't want to miss. Get a sneak peak Friday morning on CP24 of all the great things that you'll see at the Show on Saturday and Sunday.

Massive turn out of Used Bikes to be sold this weekend.Close to 200 Used and non-current motorcycles will be offered for sale this weekend beginning at 10am Saturday morning in this years massive Used Bike Clearance Sale, part of the Toronto International Spring Motorcycle Show. There are so many that we'll be spreading them out beyond the Hall 6 Used Bike Market and into designated areas of Hall 1 and 2. For a sneak peak at just a couple of the bikes that are registered please visit our Used Bike Page. You'll also want to scout out the non-current clear-out deals in the Dealer booths in Hall 1. "Bikes of the Century" gives historical glimpse of motorcycles going back 100 years. The new "Bikes of the Century" vintage display in Hall 6 will virtually transport you back 100 years, starting with a 1912 Harley-Davidson 10e model, through all the legendary marques that became the roots of motorcycling. A central feature will be the World's rarest Vincent, Gunga Din, which now calls Canada home. See the Lost Singapore Vincent Black Lightning, along with Black Shadows, Rapides and Comets all made by this famed British Manafucturer. Another exciting feature is the collection of "Ripple Rock Racers" – a display of 5 café racers just completed by builder Kemp Archibald. New 2011 Motorcycle will rock the International Centre this weekend!This year the Spring Motorcycle Show will showcase more 2011 New Model Motorcycles than ever before. Over 15 brands will be represented and the displays have expanded so expect to see a really impressive showing of all the hot new models. The Indian Motorcycle tractor trailer factory display, with the complete 2011 line up, will knock your socks off in Hall 1. GP bikes, right at the front of the Hall 1 will showcase the new Ducatis, Triumphs and Vespas. Check out the new Suzuki's in the Suzuki of Newmarket display when you stop by to hand in your ballot for the Door Prize draw. The new model displays continue into Hall 6 so plan to spend more than a few hours checking them all out while you decide which is the right new motorcycle for you!

Daytona 200 winner Jason DiSalvo to appear at Spring Show 2011! Jason DiSalvo, winner of this year's Daytona 200, will be a Special Guest at the Toronto International Spring Motorcycle Show. His appearance at the Show is sponsored by GP Bikes. Fresh off his big win at Daytona International Raceway, Jason will be in the GP Bikes booth all weekend signing autographs and meeting Canadian Race Fans and talking about winning his first Daytona 200.

within the Spring Show. Now you can plan where to take a break from the
Show floor, or meet up with friends for a meal, or a cold one and a bite
to eat. In Hall 2, the Route 66 Diner features Hot & Fresh Pizza Pizza, a brand new Live! Pasta Bar and, brought in especially for the Spring Show, Original Philly Cheese Steaks. Hall 6 is where you'll find the EasyRiders Saloon featuring Smokey Joe's Carvery (read the full mouthwatering menu here!) as well as Coney Island hot dogs, fries and poutine, and the Beer Garden.

Bob Probert's V-Rod to be on display in the New Hall 6 A 2002 Harley-Davidson V-Rod that once belonged to Bob Probert when he
played with the Chicago Blackhawks, will be on display at the Spring Show.
The bike's current owner, John Collins, was unaware of the bike's history
until he started researching it and also found out that after Probert, the
bike belonged to Darren McCarty of the Detroit Redwings. Probert gave it
to McCarty as a gift. And there's more to the story but you'll have to
visit it in Hall 6 to find out.

Sunday's Stage Schedule features the 1st Annual "Miss 2Ride" Pageant March 20, 2011 2Ride Motorcycle Magazine presents their Miss 2Ride Pageant on the Hall 6 Stage on Sunday, April 10th at 1pm. Judged by a panel of 5 judges from the motorcycle industry, the pageant will have 2 outfit changes and a Q&A with each contestant before the top 3 are selected. 15 beautiful girls who have been interviewed and selected prior to the Spring Show will be competing for 1st place, the crown and the title of Miss 2Ride 2011. Pageant Coordinator, Lucy Loren, is a motorcycle rider and a contributor to 2Ride Motorcycle Magazine and will be on hand as Mistress of Ceremonies overseeing all aspects of the pageant and encouraging audience feedback to assist the judges in their final selection.

Hall 6 Stage to feature "Leather It Up for Spring!" by Terez Leathers The theme for the 2011 Spring Fashion Shows presented by Terez Leathers will be "Leather It Up For Spring!" and will feature the latest spring designs and colours for motorcycle riders. With multiple showings each day of the Show, Terez's crew will show off her latest ensembles for all members of the riding family. Spring Show expands – now 3 Halls!
April 9 & 10 2011 will see the Toronto Spring Motorcycle Show expanded into Hall 6 of the International Centre. Hall 6 becomes the new Entertainment and Showbike Hall featuring a brand new, larger stage with a full schedule of stage shows near the Easy Rider Saloon restaurant and Beer Garden, as well as the Used Bike Market, retail vendors and club displays. Hall 1 and 2 feature new expanded displays of 2011 motorcycles, vendors and service providers, club displays and the International Vintage Motorcycle Collection display, plus a larger Route 66 family restaurant right in the Show.
